PINK'S: A scene and a half. This little hot dog stand is a true L.A. landmark, and we think we're still digesting those chili-cheese dogs we ate several weeks ago. Not that we regret the binge one bit. Pink's makes perfect red hots (kinda crunchy on the outside and nestled in a doughy bun) on demand, with everything from kraut to fresh tomato on 'em. If you want a soda, be prepared to drink it out of the can. Then sit on the "patio" (and imbibe the parking lot exhaust) as you prepare to reach late-night nirvana. Open weekdays till 2 AM, weekends till 3.
